Hello JEE Aspirants,

We are receiving several inquiries related to JEE main form submission. The last date for filling up of online application form was 6th January 2014. It was expected that all the engineering aspiring students had complied the requirements of JEE main. But the second chance was given to students to make certain correction i.e. uploading clear, photograph, signature and some other changes. The period for correction was 1^st February to 15^th February. Providing board exam(HSC) seat number was also given in the other field. There are lot of confusion amongst the students and parents that this field was supposed to compulsarily filled and they are scared of not getting the admit card. Similar news also published in some news papers, so naturally there is panic related to this. We have contacted different concerned persons and authorities to clear the doubt. We were told, the purpose of getting seat number from all the board students was to help apex body of exam authority to prepare merit list after the board results are announced. And for time being let students to forget this issue. Let them focus on their studies and board exam ahead.

So, there is no need of worrying. Admit card will be issued to each students if all other field were completed as per the requirements. The board is very lenient for that matter and if there is no major issue they don’t stop students to take the test. If there is major issue they communicate to the students/parent for completing the compliance.
